Is Replacement Key Available for Rola Hitch Bike Rack 59400

Question:

I own a ROLA 2 Place Bike Carrier - product code 59400. It comes with 2 keys for the security lock, but I have lost one of them. I have tried taking the remaining key to a hardware store, but they told me that since the rack is made in China the keys are sometimes thinner than the blanks they have. Would you be able to provide additional keys or blanks that I could have cut?

Those keys are no longer available so you'll either need to go without the lock feature or you can get an entirely different rack.

For a cost-effective bike rack replacement option I recommend checking out the Swagman Titan Bike Rack # S63400 which is pretty identical in features, except it can only carry up to 35 lb bikes as opposed to 40 lb bikes like your Rola 59400.
