Replacement for Rola Convoy 1-Bike Rack

Question:

I need a replacement part for my Rola 59307 Convoy Modular Bike Carrier. I just need the part that slides on the arm that holds the front wheel.

Rola discontinued their line of bike racks a while ago so while I do have a solution for you to continue carrying your bike, I unfortunately don't have a replacement part for you. Instead I recommend swapping your bike rack out to the RockyMounts MonoRail Solo Bike Rack # RKY10007 instead. This uses the same style of front wheel hook system to secure the bike to the rack and will work great as an alternative.

@DavidM We do have the RockyMounts MonoRail Solo Bike Rack # RKY10007 available here at etrailer. If you click on the hyperlinked part number it will take you to the product page! I'm not quite sure what you mean by the Add-On Support Plate unless you're referring to the 1 Bike Add-On # RKY10005 that expands this to a 2-bike rack. If this isn't what you're looking for can you give me some more insight into what the support plate is? I tried cross-referencing that over on the RockyMounts site and wasn't able to come up with anything over there either.

@JonG Do you sell just the arm hook clamp from the Monorail? You indicated this hook is the same as that used on the Rola Convoy. I need just the arm hook for my Rola Convoy. Rockymounts sell just the arm hook as a replacement part but I thought to start with Etrailer first incase you do sell it. In reference to the Add-On suport plate, this is for the Rola Add-on Unit 59310.

@DavidM Ah, I see what you mean now. We used to have the 1 Bike Add-On for Rola Convoy Platform Rack 59310 but since Rola went belly up a few years ago it's becoming harder and harder to find parts as they are all discontinued and we don't have it anymore. What I meant in my statement above was swapping out the entire bike rack to the RockyMounts MonoRail since it is the same style as the Rola Convoy. I can see how what I said could have been mistaken for "the hooks are interchangeable" though so I've gone ahead and updated my wording to make it a little more cut and dry.
