My bike rack uses an M16 threaded hitch bolt with a cotter pin. I am looking for an M16 threaded hitch bolt with lock. Do you have anything like that?

We have just the thing. The etrailer threaded hitch lock # e99047 uses a M16-2 bolt. This has a pin diameter of 5/8" with a 2-5/8" span.
