Need Flat-Towing Set-Up to Pull 2013 Ford F-150 SVT Raptor Behind 2013 Southwind Motor Home

Question:
I have a 2013 southwind motorhome with a 5000 pound hitch rating Reese, I want to flat tow my 2013 SVT Ford Raptor weight 6000lbs flat tow? , I do not want to cut holes in the bumper. I would like a 10000 lb rated tow bar, I was looking at the Towmaster 4431-3 base plate, But was not sure on the tow bar. It indicates that with the Raptor frame you do not need a cross bar. The motorhome does not have a trailer brake installed, I would like one if needed, and a wiring package to connect to truck. could you provide an estimate of a complete package.

The 2013 Ford F-150 SVT Raptor with 6.2L V8 and 6R80 transmission can usually be flat-towed without modifications but your owners manual should be consulted to confirm the capabilities of your specific truck.
The dry weight of the Super Crew Cab version of your truck is 6113-lbs; the weight of the Super Cab version is 6004-lbs. Both weigh well in excess of the 5000-lb-rating of the hitch that you indicated is installed on your 2013 Fleetwood Southwind motor home. It is not recommended to flat-tow a 6000-lb vehicle with this hitch.
Your only option is to replace the 5000-lb-rated hitch with another that is rated adequately for the weight of your vehicle, if such a hitch is available and if the frame of the motor home can support this load. The only way to know this for sure is to contact the motor home manufacturer with your RV model number and VIN number. I contacted Fleetwood and was advised that they can use your VIN to verify the towing capability of your motor home and advise you if flat towing your F-150 is possible with your RV.
If you are able to obtain an RV hitch with the required towing capacity then you can continue to select the other components needed to flat tow. These include the base plates such as the Roadmaster # RM-524431-5 that you referenced, a tow bar, safety cables, wiring/lighting kit and a supplemental braking system.
