Can I set this to a specific PSI for a tire and will it shut off once it reaches that PSI?

The Viair Portable RV Air Compressor Kit # VA39WR does not give you the ability to set the compressor to a specific PSI. The compressor features an on/off switch on the compressor to shut it on and off otherwise it will continue to run unless the compressor overheats.
