Question:

I have a 2023 ltz with the camera and LED on the bottom and a turn signal light on the front. Will these work with that? Will I need to cut clearance holes for those?

The CIPA Custom Towing Mirrors # CM10950 fit older model GM pickups so for your 2023 Chevy Silverado LTZ I recommend picking up the K-Source Snap & Zap Custom Towing Mirrors # KS80930 instead because they have a cutout for the turn signal as well as a cutout underneath for whatever other features are on your OEM mirrors.

The only mirror type these aren't compatible with are the OEM extendable mirrors, which it doesn't sound like you have.
