I would like to add a hitch with a 2-1/2" receiver to my 2018 Ford F-250. Which one do you recommend?

To add a hitch with a 2-1/2" receiver to your 2018 Ford F-250, I recommend the Curt Trailer Hitch item # C15802. This hitch is custom fit and has a massive 20,000 lbs towing capacity and a 2,700 lbs maximum tongue weight. It can be used with a weight distribution system but that will not increase its capacity.
For a compatible ball mount you will want the B&W Tow & Stow 3-Ball Mount item # BW54FR.
