I went out to the warehouse and pulled Curt chain hanging brackets # C17003 to take some measurements. There are 2 sets of bolts included. The short set is 1/2-13 x 2 inches and the longer set is 1/2-13 x 3-1/2 inches.
The brackets measure 4 inches long (measuring front to back along the trailer frame). They are 3-3/8 inches tall on the inside and 3-5/8 inches tall on the outside. And they are 3-3/16 inches deep on the inside, 3-13/16 inches deep on the outside. I have included a picture showing the bracket measurements.
