Correct Replacement Key for Sears SV-20 Cargo Box With Lock Core 009

Many of my searches resulted in people saying to go to your Thule site and search for the Sport 20-SV replacement keys. The number on my core lock is 600inch so i should use code THKEYN600. What is your site, or can you send me a link to order this?

This has come up before with other people stating they need the 600 key for their cargo boxes and after some conversations with Thule we've discovered that the 600 key does not exist but many people are just reading it upside-down.

The lock core you have is actually 009, and therefore you'd need the Replacement Key for Thule Racks and Carriers - N009 # THKEYN009.

Since you are needing a replacement lock as well as the key, you can use the Replacement Lock Core and Key #SR03807 for your Sears X-Cargo Sport 20 cargo box.

Thank you for the picture! I reached out to Thule and the lock you have on your Sears Sport 20-SV Cargo Carrier is not the factory installed lock. I recommend drilling out the lock and installing the Replacement Lock Core and Key #SR03807.

Since Thule manufactured the Sport 20-SV roof cargo boxes for Sears, their replacement keys would work just fine. For the 2872 lock, you'll need the #THKEYN2872 replacement key which are sold in a quantity of 1.

Thank you for your photo of the lock core 2872 on your Sears cargo box. The replacement key you can use for your Sears cargo box is part #THKEYN2872. These are sold as a single key so it may make sense to order a second one as a spare, just in case.
