Replace a missing Thule key with this equivalent part.This is a low tech item (a key), but since I don't think Thule makes the same model bike rack anymore I was apprehensive that I would be unable to find a replacement key for the hitch mount. I was pleased that this key fits perfectly and now I can remove/remount the bike rack as necessary. BTW, I got my Thule bike rack from eTrailer and was very pleased.
This key didn’t open my Sportrack Kayak rack. The keyhole says 009. Eek help !
Amazing service. I was searching for an old key for a roof rack that I bought on line. The blank was no longer available. Not only did they have an original key in their archive, they shipped it to me for free! I'm a customer for life. Thank you very much.
Discovered eTrailer after an extensive search to find a key that would unlock the roof rack of my 2011 Mini Cooper Clubman. Was happy to see that their keys fit perfectly! I noted the number off the key lock was 009 and ordered THKEYN009. Search no longer for a key to these racks. Call the service team at eTrailer and they can get a key for you, at a great price, and you won't have to wait long before it arrives.
Terrible.... I was sold a key that did not work on my Sports Rack.

Please note that the original keys that came with the SportRack systems were slightly shorter than the replacement options are. There is a notch inside the lock core that may inhibit the replacement key from fully ing into the lock core. When you receive the replacement keys you may need to tap the key into the lock core with a rubber mallet to fully the key. This only needs to be done the first time you use the key.
key worked like a charm on my BMW X3 roofrack with the 006 etched on the lock. Fast service.
Reasonably quick delivery. Key works great, albeit a bit pricy.
Purchased out a very reasonable price. Communication from seller was excellent and product arrived in a reasonable amount of time.

I wanted to reach out to you in regards to your review on the replacement Thule key. You mentioned in your review that the key was not the right size and I have a few questions that I would like to ask. Was this for a Thule product? If so is there a number listed on the lock?

Since it is a Sportrack part I can tell you that the original keys that came with the SportRack systems were slightly shorter than the replacement options are. Was a mix up with the first set of keys but you guys took care of that very quickly and sent the right ones. The second set were perfect.
Found the key I needed on your web site. It was here in 3 days.

I picked up a used ebike which has a battery and the included lock was missing its key. Found etrailer.com and ordered my key a minute later. Without the key, I would not have been able to lock the battery in safely. It arrived within a week and of course, it works. Thx etrailer.com.
The movers had departed and we were packing the SUV with personal items and getting ready to attach the Thule to the roof rack to depart in 2 days. "Oh no!" The movers packed the box with all of the keys in it!
I checked online. etrailer had the replacement keys in stock and they were delivered as promised the following day. TYSM. etrailer is awesome.
Lost key so ordered new lick and key set. Also ordered wxyra set of wheel straps. Everything works perfectly! Love the parts and bike rack. Plan to order other replacement parts soon, as backup.

Perfect fit for our Pep Boys car topper. Got the number off the lock. Works great. Couldn't find someone to cut a new key, so ordering an extra one was perfect.
