I would like a replacement controller for my jensen system of my 2014 awm970 trailer do you have one and how much is it worth thank you in advance

The Jensen AWM970 has been discontinued for some time along with the service pack which would include the replacement remote you're looking for.
Instead, the best thing you could do is replace your old unit with the Jensen RV Stereo w DVD Player - Double DIN - App Control, Bluetooth, USB, AUX # JWM60A.
This unit has a built-in CD/DVD player, a 3-zone output which lets you connect up to 8 speakers, and has Bluetooth capabilities so you can connect your smartphone and wirelessly stream audio.
