The Replacement Rechargeable Battery Pack for AirBedz Built-in Air Pumps # 341025 is recommended to be charged 8 hours for every 20 minutes of use so there is a chance that the battery pack arrived dead, but if it's not able to charge at all then it's defective and would need replacing.
You could try and use the Car Charger Cord for AirBedz Battery Pack # 341024 to see if maybe it was the cable that is bad or if it's the battery. If swapping these cables allows the battery pack to hold a charge then that just means the cables bad and you'll just need to use this replacement cable. If still no dice, then the battery is bad and will need to be replaced.
