Bought a used trailer believe it has the TJD-12000SP-R2NH Jack which stopped working. The threads in the part that bolts to the top of the inner leg and the screw twists through have been stripped out. Can I get that bolt in piece?

It sounds like you're talking about the rod and nut on the # TJD-12000SP-R2NH. We have the following replacement parts available:

If it is not the rod and nut, or one of the other replacement parts, feel free to send me a picture and I'll see if it is something we are able to get a replacement for. I have attached a video below which covers the rebuild process for your reference.
