I have an option for you, but I spoke to my contact at Bulldog to try and get a replacement cross shaft for you and he said they are not available.
He said that you will just need to get a 12 inch long section of 1 inch cold rolled steel and then drill a .4 of an inch on either end of the rod 1-1/4 from the ends and then a 1/4 inch hole near the middle of the shaft but not completely centered. To get an idea what I am talking about check out the picture I attached.
The Replacement Bulldog Sidewind Gear Set # BD500212 that you referenced does come with the bushings.
