How To Re-Assemble The RAM TJD-12000SP Trailer Jack

Question:

My inner tube came out of my landing gear. Looks like the bolts at top just come loose. Do you have any videos or diagrams I could look at to try to figure out how to get it back together?

I went ahead and reached out to RAM and they explained to me that to re-install your inner leg to your RAM jack like the Square Direct Weld Jack - Drop Leg w/ Spring Return # TJD-12000SP-R2NH, you are going to need to re-install the lower pin, replace the lower miter gear, install the gear set and spacer on cross shaft.

Re-install the pin into the upper gear and shaft, and test the jack to ensure smooth operation. Finally, re-install the cap and two screws and you're all set.

I have included the assembly instructions as well that shows how you can re-assemble the jack as well.
