Replacement Air Conditioner for Dometic Duo Therm Model 59516.601

Question:

Dometic Duo therm air conditioner its a Model 59516.601 air conditioner needs replacement… it has the Duo Therm old 4 button digital thermostat…. I read that the ACM150 15,000btu ducted looks like the direct replacement …. Please advise

To replace your Dometic Duo Therm Air Conditioner Model 59516.601, you will want the Advent Air Replacement RV Air Conditioner for Dometic Setup item # ACDOM150 in white or item # ACDOM150B in black.

This system will allow you to use your current wiring and controls for an easy install. You don't need to replace anything else as the Advent will just plug into your existing wiring because it uses the same 6-pin connector. The Advent AC even comes with a start capacitor that stores energy, ensuring your AC will always start.
