Does Back End of Ford F-250 Need to be Raised to Install Timbren Suspension Enhancement TFR250SDJ

Question:
Do you need a deep-well socket 15mm to remove the OEM bump stops on a 2020 Ford F250SD 4WD? Do you need to lift the rear-end of the truck 2020 Ford F250SD to install these? Note: I will be installing these while truck in sitting on flat concrete garage flooring.
