I have a fastway 800lb hitch for a travel trailer that has a tongue weight of about 850lbs but the trailer weight is 7350 is this the correct hitch and bar setup or should I upgrade the bars to the 1000lb bars due to the hitch weight?

Tongue weight is typically between 10% -15% of your trailer's total weight so with the 800 lbs spring bars you're already over their capacity. I recommend upgrading to the 1,000 lbs Round Spring Bar for Fastway e2 Weight Distribution Systems item # FA94-02-1099.
