Swapping Out Locks of Yakima EXO Swing Away Storage System

Hi, I purchased the Yakima Exo hitch with the box and basket. It came with several other locks which I assume are so I can rekey my locks so they all use the same key. However, I cannot figure out how to remove the old locks in order to install the new ones. I read that there is some sort of special key that unlocks so the lock can be removed. I dont seem to have this part. Can you help? Thanks

To switch out the lock cores on your Yakima EXO Swing Away Storage System # Y44ZR you'll need the lock core and key you want to switch out, as well as the Replacement Control Key for Yakima Same Key System # Y8007835.
For example, if you wanted an A146 lock core and key you would need the Replacement Control Key # Y8007835, SKS Lock Core - A146 # Y8771-A146, and Key - A146 # Y8772-A146.
