Can I get this on a swing away hitch for my RV on a Ram Promaster?

If you wanted to get a swing away system with an enclosed storage space all in one unit, get the Yakima EXO system # Y44ZR. This will give you space to load your gear all the while keeping access to the back of your Ram Promaster. You could use the Carpod # M2205-01-02 carrier with this Swagman Swing Away System # SAR36VR, but weather an accessory can be used with a swing away system or not is determined by the manufacture of that accessory you plan to add. Note that the Swagman Swing Away System does have a 250 lb capacity so you wont be able to use the max amount of weight that the Carpod is rated for. That being said, the EXO system won't have as much of a capacity as the Carpod even if the swing away system is used.
For that reason I think the best option here is to use the Carpod with the Swagman Swing Away System.
