Question:

Can I install a 12” extension on my RV hitch I’m using a BlueOx 4370 Would this improve my turning radius Or maybe not nessasary?

Yes, you can use an extension with your tow bar, and it will improve your turning radius. That said, there isn't a 12 inch extension, the longest is 7-3/4 inches:

Also keep in mind an extender such as this reduces the overall capacity of your hitch by 50 percent.
