If I want to add a 4 pin flat trailer connector to a 2022 Honda CRV Hybrid, what would you recommend?

I recommend the T-One Vehicle Wiring Harness # 118741 for your 2022 Honda CR-V Hybrid. This will give you a 4-way flat connector. In my experience the Tekonsha modules have less issues than other manufacturers.
