Question:

I need to know if the spring suspension kit will work on a 2016 Ford F150 4 wheel drive. Only see 2 wheel drive listed.

We have both the standard and heavy duty RoadActive Suspension Custom Leaf Spring Enhancement Kit for your 2016 F-150 with 4WD. The standard is # RAS3611-Y and the HD is # RAS3611-YHD. If you're not sure which you want I would go with the HD since it has additional support and adjustability.

The 1mm setting on the HD will be the equivalent of the 2mm setting on the standard. The HD can be adjusted to 2mm and 3mm according to RoadActive Suspension, meaning the only thing the standard has to offer is the lowest tension setting.
