Will Curt 5th Wheel Install Kit 16427-104 Fit a 2014 Ram and Husky 5th Wheel Trailer Hitch
Updated 02/21/2014 | Published 02/20/2014 >
Question:
I am being told that I need some kind of Dodge adaptor kit to use these on my 2014 because of the tube frame? Can you tell me if that is true or if this kit is actually complete to mount my Husky fifth wheel hitch?

There are several configurations of the 2014 Ram. I would need to know if you have a 1500, 3500, or 3500, bed length, cab style, and if your truck has the factory prep package or not.
Curt installation kit # C16427-104 fits the following:
2014 - 2014 Ram 2500 6 Foot Bed without Factory Rail Kit
2014 - 2014 Ram 2500 8 Foot Bed without Factory Rail Kit
This is a complete kit. No adapter is needed. The rails included with the kit accept Curt, Draw-Tite, Hidden Hitch, Husky, Reese, and Valley 5th wheel hitches that fit in above the bed rails. I have linked the isntructions for you.
