I have an option for you, but there isn't traditional 5th wheel mounting brackets for a 2023 Ram 3500 Cab and Chassis, as the factory never designed it to have traditional 5th wheel rails.

What you'll need to do is take it to a local fabrication shop and have them install the B&W # BWGNRK1500 which will allow you to use either the included gooseneck ball or the B&W Companion # BWRVK3500.
