The Replacement Polyurethane Bushing for Roadmaster Polyurethane Bushing Kit for Front Anti-Sway Bar # RM-205221-10 you are looking at is not going to work with your 2019 Ford F-53 chassis. These bushings are designed to be used with 1-1/4" sway bars.

Instead, you're going to want to steer your attention towards the Roadmaster Split Bushing for Anti-Sway Bar # RM205222-10 which is going to work with 1-5/8" bars and can be used as a replacement part for the Roadmaster Polyurethane Bushing Kit for 1-5/8" Diameter, Factory Front Anti-Sway Bar # RM-4139-127.
