Question:
Parts needed to flip leaf springs to the top of axle and add 2 inch lift kit. Axle is 2 3/8 inches diameter. For 1988 Fleetwood Yukon 16ft single axle.

What you are looking for is an over/under kit, which is commonly referred to as flipping the axles, and for a 2-3/8" diameter axle the correct kit is the following:
- Dexter Trailer Springs Over-Under Conversion Kit # K71-384-00
This will work as the lift kit and give you more than 2 inches of lift; in fact, it will lift your trailer the same amount as your axle's diameter plus the height of the leaf spring pack.
