Troubleshooting Lower Suspension Height On a 371 Fuzion 5TH Wheel Toy Hauler With MORryde CRE3000

Question:

Hello I have a 371 Fuzion - My tires are the factory tires per label on nameplate The tires have like no clearance from the fenders Would you guys sell al lthe parts need to do a refresh to stock and or would you guys sell any parts to potentially lift it an inch or so I am seeing wear on the tires from hitting the fenders Also If you look at the attached photo looks like the rubber is pushed out but I dont know if that is normal or not Something is off and I cant necessarily point finger to it Any recommendations ?

It is normal for the rubber to push out of your MORryde Shock Absorbing Suspension Equalizers # MR27ZR the way it is. The main issue I see is your Shackle Strap # TRSL313 is wearing out. I can see a bit of the hole on the top left strap which means the holes in the strap are being elongated. I recommend replacing these immediately with one of the following kits.

MORryde Suspension Upgrade Kit for Tandem Axle Trailers w Correct Track - 2-1/4" # MR58ZR
MORryde Suspension Upgrade Kit for Tandem Axle Trailers w Correct Track - 3-1/8" # MR98ZR

You will want to measure your existing straps from center of mounting hole to center of mounting hole to verify which is the correct size for you. The Correct Track kits are for those which have adjustable mounts on the front and rear hangers. If you are unsure if you have this please send me an image of your other hangers.

As far as the height goes it does look like your springs are beginning to flatten out due to the weight. The SumoSprings Trailer Helper Springs # SS26MV may be able to help you raise the suspension back to a more normal ride height. Otherwise you can start by replacing the leaf springs and if more height is still desired we do have the Lift Kit # RR23QX which will allow you to raise your suspension by 1-1/4" or 2-1/4".
