I have a class A RV and I flat tow my car. do you have a setup that I can have a bike rack and a tow bar?

What you can do is use the Roadmaster Dual Hitch Receiver Adapter, 2" or 4" Drop/Rise # RM-077-4 which will provide you with two receiver openings so you can use both a bike rack like the Swagman Original RV Bike Rack for 3 Bikes # S64152-2 and be able to flat tow your vehicle.
This bike rack is compatible with up to 3 bikes weighing up to 35-lbs per for a total of 100-lbs, and is compatible with fifth wheels, travel trailers, and flat towed vehicles.
If your flat towed vehicle already has a 2" hitch then the best option is to use just bike rack by itself since it's compatible with flat towed vehicles.
