Question:

How do you secure the ball portion of the hitch since they are only held in place with hairpin cotter pins? It appears that you can secure the trailer to the ball through a trailer latch lock and the hitch to the receiver with a pin lock...but is the ball portion only securedinch with hairpin cotter pins? With the craziness of the world this doesnt seem like the best solution. Is there an alternative so it isnt stolen during stowage?
