Will this handrail mount in the same location as the hand rail currently on our 2022 KZ durango Fifth wheel?

Without knowing what handrail you have on your 2022 KZ Durango 5th wheel I can't confirm if this will match the existing mount. The mounting brackets for the Stromberg Carlson Folding Handrail # AC-544 are 23.5" apart so you can compare that measurement to what you have now. Unless it is the same brand, the mounting holes probably won't line up regardless. If it doesn't line up all you need to do is drill some new holes and seal up the old ones for installation.
