I would recommend The Stromberg Carlson Folding Handrail for Fleet RVs - Stainless Steel # AC-544. The folding hand rail secures in the open position with an unique locking mechanism. The hand rail can be folded against the wall and out of the way when not in use.

The handrail has a heavy-duty stainless steel construction that will help resist rust and corrosion. The kit includes anodized aluminum mounting blocks and hardware.

For a triple step the better suited hand rail option is the part #AC-530 which is 38 inches tall. The part #AC-544 would be a bit too tall and would not be ideal.
