CAN I LEAVE THE GENERATOR ON THIS A FRAME WHILE IT IOS RUNNING?

Yes, you can use a generator and leave it installed on the Stromberg Carlson Tray # CC-255. Just make sure you have the generator grounded properly, which is specific to which generator you have but will be listed in it's owner's manual.
However since generators vibrate a lot, you'll probably get quite a bit of noise so I'd personally just remove it and set it on the ground.
