I have previously purchased from you the Adco SFS cover, I only get about 3 years out of them before the sun reduces the fabric to tissue! I see that there are poly pro III and pro top 4 covers. What is the difference between the two and what are the lifespan expectations?

Hey Jim! Unfortunately, your experience is pretty common with RV covers. Constant UV exposure is hard on any cover, and most don't significantly outlast their warranty period.
The Classic Accessories PolyPro III # 052963793635 uses a triple-ply PolyPro roof material and carries a 3-year warranty. The newer ProTop4 # CA54NY steps it up to Gardelle One fabric and increases the warranty to 4 years.
We've had a lot of positive feedback on the PolyPro III covers holding up well, often beyond the warranty period. Actual lifespan will vary depending on sun exposure, weather conditions, and how the cover is stored and maintained. With the upgraded material and additional year of warranty coverage on the ProTop4, I'd expect it to hold up even better in similar conditions.
