On these couplers, are they all for 3inch high channels i.e: 2 x 3 and 3 x 3 ?

The Curt QuickPin No-Latch Trailer Coupler for 2" Ball part # C82CR is designed for a standard 2" wide x 3" tall trailer tongue. That said, it will work with any tongue size so long as it's 2" wide. It will not work with a 3" wide tongue. The correct version for a 3" wide trailer tongue is the Curt QuickPin No-Latch Trailer Coupler for 2" Ball part # C54UR. The height also does not matter for this coupler either.
