Will Rhino-Rack RVP Roof Rack Fit Bolts Inside 2021 Hyundai Santa Fe Flush Roof Rails

Question:

I have a 2021 Hyundai Santa Fe w/ side rails. Your site says that the Rhino-Rack RVP Roof Rack for Fixed Mounting Points - Vortex Aero Crossbars - Aluminum - Qty 2, will fit. I have taken off the caps on the rails to find a bolt sticking up. How does the roof rack mount to the rails? Is there hardware included to attach to the bolt that is inside the rails? Thanks
