Recommended Manual to Power Conversion Kit for Dometic A&E Awning

Question:

I have a 2007 2800FS Weekend Warrior with an A/E manual awning and would like to upgrade to an power awning. I am concerned since it is an aluminum siding construction and one arm currently mounts above the rear window. What options are available? The arms measure 73inch and the overall length of the awning is 19. The fabric on the awning is also in need of replacement. How do I accurately measure and is there a kit to replace the entire unit?

In order to convert your manual Dometic A&E Awning into power you'll need the Solera 12V Electric RV Awning Conversion Kit part # LC434724. I have also attached for you below a link with list of our replacement fabric in the size you need, just select the color you want.

The awnings are measured from the center of each support arm, the fabric will be 11" shorter than the size of your awning.
