Question:
I would appreciate your expert opinion on OEM Replacement and Upgraded Equalizers for our 2017 Northwoods Fox Mountain 235 RLS 5th wheel. We currently have stock equa-flexinch equalizers on our tandem Dexter 5200 lb. axles with 33inch ctr to ctr. measurements. My measurements, all approximately center to center, on the attached jpg. file. Orange = 3 1/4 Black= 2 1/2 Purple = 4 7/8inch Yellow = 2 1/4inch I did not find an exact direct replacement possible poor measurements on my part and would appreciate your advice and recommendations of any potential impacts of different equalizer replacements. Planning on purchasing a MORyde upgraded 2 1/4inch shackle kit # MR46ZR to round out the upgrade. Thank you appreciate your experience and input.

I think your measurements are a little off because the equalizer is worn and compressed. What you have there is definitely the Equa-Flex # LC279687. This is going to be the best option for a replacement since it is what came on your trailer.
Using this equalizer will ensure that your other suspension components work together properly since it has the same dimensions. There are other options out there, but the dimensions will be different and could throw off other components. Also, you wouldn't notice a difference in the ride quality if you switched to a different upgraded equalizer so there would be no advantage.
The MORryde Suspension Upgrade Kit # MR46ZR is a great choice and what I would have recommended regardless of you mentioning it. The wet bolts, bronze bushings, and 1/2" thick shackles are one of the best upgrades you can make to your suspension system. Since you already had 2-1/4" shackles this is the correct kit for your trailer.
I have attached some installation videos below for your reference.
