Need to replace the rusted out bw hitch in my 2012 Ram 3500 slt 4 door 4wd diesel chassis cab. Which one do I need?

B and W does make a gooseneck hitch that was designed for universal flatbed applications like yours but it does not look quite like what you have. It's the part # BWGNRK1500 which would work in place of what you have but it does not look like you have a B and W setup currently. The # BWGNRK1500 does have a removable ball though which it does not look like you have currently.
