I have a solution for you but Thule does not have a TracRac ladder rack as a fit for your 2023 Ford Maverick. Yakima has their similar Overhaul HD ladder rack part # Y01151-5755 as a fit though which would be a really solid choice. It installs very similarly and is height adjustable.
