To turn off the auto scan feature on a Jensen tv like the Jensen LED RV TV - 1080P - 1 HDMI - 110 Volts - 24" Screen Item # JE2417 you'll need to first select the menu button on your remote. The on-screen menu will appear and you'll be able to use the left and right arrow buttons to switch over to the "channel menu" and the second option down is the "auto scan" feature. You'll use the down arrow to highlight it and the right arrow to select it and then turn off auto scan. You can then press the exit button on your remote to back out of the menus.
You can also cut the power by removing the power cord plug from the wall outlet and letting it sit for 15 minutes to fully power down and reset.
If this still doesn't solve your issue you may need to reach out to Jensen/ASA Electronics (the manufacturer) for further troubleshooting.
