Air Bag Kit Recommendation for 2022 GMC Sierra 2500 with Curt Fifth Wheel Rail Kit

Question:

I have an after market Curt A16 5th Wheel Trailer Hitch installed on my 2022 GMC Sierra 2500. Looking to purchase this model air bags AL88341. I believe I would have issue with the mounting due to the A16 mounting plates. What option do I have for this product or a recommended product similar rating? Is there a modified mount?

We have an air bag solution that will work for your 2022 GMC Sierra 2500 that has a Curt fifth wheel rail kit installed but the Air Lift kits do interfere with the in-bed rail kits so you'd instead want the Firestone kit part # F2613 which is compatible with your rail kit. I like the Firestone kits more than the Air Lift kits so either way I would have recommended this kit but in your situation it's the only option. The Firestone bags in general are higher quality which is why I prefer them.
