Air Lift does make a kit with internal jounce springs, however, the LoadLifter 5000 # AL57341 are air helper springs only.
For your 2020 GMC Sierra 2500 HD I recommend the Air Lift LoadLifter 5000 Ultimate Air Helper Springs with Internal Jounce Bumpers # AL88341.
