Does the Reese Pro Series RB2 Weight Distribution Head Work with Round or Trunnion Spring Bars

Question:

I have read the QandA section for this pro series head, and I am still unclear on which spring bar is correct. Does this head take round bars or trunnion bars?

I checked with the manufacturer, the Reese Pro Series RB2 Weight Distribution Head part # 58333 works with both round and trunnion style spring bars. The Reese/Pro Series RB2 Weight Distribution System # 49568 which is a round bar rated at 600 lbs uses the 58333 as does the Reese/Pro Series Trunnion Bar Weight Distribution System 49585 which is a trunnion bar rated at 600 lbs.

Unfortunately, we don't carry any of the above replacement spring bars as the systems are discontinued.
