I have a pro series weight distribution hitch. I believe the part number is 113913. It doesnt have a handle though. What part number is the handle and where can I buy one?

What you are looking for is the snap up handle # RP58162 which we have confirmed with Reese/Pro Series as being the correct handle you'd need.
The head and picture you sent in a picture of is the Pro Series RB2 part # 58333.
