Hello have a question about dimension Item # RTX75QR My 2014 Toyota tundra has 6.5foot bed Will this product match? I have retrax system without a T slot and would like to replace it.

The Replacement Side Rails for Retrax XR Series T-Slot Accessory Hard Tonneau Covers # RTX75QR that you asked about would not be the correct rails because they fit the 5-1/2' bed with deck rail system.

Since you have a 6-1/2' bed the correct rails would be the Replacement Side Rails for Retrax XR Series T-Slot Accessory Hard Tonneau Covers # RTX29QR for the 6-1/2' bed with the deck rail system.
