There is not currently an adapter available to connect a Ready Brute Elite 2 tow bar to a Roadmaster baseplate so you would either need to replace the tow bar or the baseplate to a Blue Ox baseplate in order to have a compatible adapter.
If you want to swap out the baseplate then you'll need the Blue Ox Base Plate Kit # BX1115 for your 2000 Jeep Grand Cherokee and the adapter # BX88297 in order to connect to your Ready Brute tow bar.
If you want to keep the Roadmaster baseplate # 1419-6 then you'd want to go with a tow bar like the etrailer SD Non-Binding Tow Bar # e74ZR, which is designed for Roadmaster baseplates and comes with a few extra features over similar priced tow bars.
