There isn't an install/rail kit for the B and W Turnoverball hitches that fits your 2023 Ford F-350 so there wouldn't be a way that we can recommend you install the B and W Hitch Center Section part # BWGNRC920 that you mentioned. The only way you could use this would be if you would be willing to fabricate a rail kit of some kind. Which if you were open to that the better option would be the part # BWGNRK1500 which was designed for this type of install.
