Welcome back Darragh. From what I can find online the 25-1/4" long 4-Leaf Double-Eye Spring item # DX45CR should be the correct ones for your 2026 Brinkley 294. Brinkley doesn't make that information public so you'll want to take a measurement to confirm.

The 4-Leaf Double-Eye Spring item # DX45CR is designed for 5,200 lbs axles and measures 25-1/4" long from the center to center of the mounting holes. To confirm yours are this size, you'll want to get the weight off of the suspension and measure one of your Brinkley's current leaf springs from the center of the mounting holes. They like to stretch out when the weight of your trailer's put on them so this is the most accurate way to find a replacement without a part number.

Have you gotten the Timbren item # TFR250SDJ you bought last month installed yet? I'm curious how they've helped your ride comfort while you're towing.

Jared, Thanks for the information on the leaf spring. Thinking about buying a spare just in case we break one during our RV travels. The Timbren's did help with the truck squat reducing squat by about an inch. The Timbrens also seemed to help reduce the porposing when going over bridge expansion joints while towing. When not towing, it is not having any negative impact on ride quality since there is about a 1 inch gap between Timbren and bump stop.

@DarraghK You're welcome! That's what I figured you were doing. Having a spare leaf spring or two is a pretty common thing to do. I would keep also keep some suspension bolts like item # LC36RP on hand too in case you break a bolt. That's great to hear about the Timbren item # TFR250SDJ springs. Glad they're helping and you're not having any issues with ride quality when you're not towing. That's one of the biggest complaints we get with those.
