Though there isn't anything specifically for a 6 x 10 v-nose enclosed trailer, we have something that may work for you. Since the v-nose extends the length somewhat, a cover for a bumper-pull horse trailer up to 12 feet could work, depending on the overall height you need:
- Adco SFS AquaShed Trailer Cover for Bumper Pull Horse Trailers up to 12' Long # 290-46002
The # 290-46002 overall measures 12' long x 8' 10" wide x 7' 10" tall, and does have cinch ropes and weighted straps to help any billowing, so this could work for you if the height of your trailer is similar.
